Refunds, Returns and Exchanges must follow Vancouver Beauty Supply guidelines. If issues arise solutions are at Vancouver Beauty Supply discretion.  

Refund & Return Policy

• In the event that the wrong product(s) is shipped or the product(s) is damaged during the course of shipping. Please notify us immediately via Contact Us. Kindly also have your invoice on hand in the email. We will require specific details from the invoice.
  
  
• Upon confirmation of an available replacement product(s), the buyer must then send the damaged product(s) back to us. Once the damaged product(s) has been received, we will replace the product(s) and have it shipped back to the buyer at no additional cost(item must be returned within 7 days).
  
  
• We welcome exchanges of products. Products to be exchanged need to be returned in its original, unopened packaging in re-sale condition. If shipping is required, the cost of shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer.
  
  For all exchanges, a copy of the original invoice needs to be included.
  
  A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items returned 30 days from the purchase date.
  
  
• NO Refund or Exchange on ELECTRICAL HAIR ITEMS (i.e. Flat Iron, Curling Iron, Clipper, Trimmer and Dryer) for sanitary reasons.
  
  *In the occasion under sales representative discretion for exchange on "Non-Exchangable" items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. These actions must be proceeded within 7 days of purchase.
  
  Warranty: 1 year warranty* on all electrical items. Items must not be used with third party accessories. Customer is responsible for all shipping and warranty costs.
