I ordered a replacement flat iron (different brand) after I dropped mine and broke it. Customer service contacted me to let me know that it had been discontinued and suggested trying the MINT MIRA. Although hesitant, I decided to try it. I have thick, course hair with some natural curl/frizz so a lot of flat irons don't work for my hair type. I absolutely love this flat iron. It heats up incredibly quick and gets hot enough to straighten my unruly hair in one swipe. Thank you customer service!!!! Love it!
